FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

 

When will my order arrive?

Deliveries normally arrive between 8AM and 6PM the business day after an order was placed. Due to a higher than usual demand surrounding recent news events, deliveries can be delayed 2-3 business days. We do not deliver on weekends. 

Automated texts will be sent to the phone number entered during checkout when the driver is on his way and once the delivery is made. (Note: We do not receive text replies from the automated texts)

 

Do I need to be home for the delivery?

You do not need to be home for the delivery. Bottles will be placed in the spot of your choosing during checkout. If there are any special notes, gate codes, or instructions our drivers need to know to properly deliver your water they must to be left in the delivery notes or emailed to orders@drinkconscious.com the day before the delivery. Without special instructions left at the time of checkout, bottles will be placed at the front door of the address entered.

 

How long can I borrow your bottles for?
30 days max. All bottles are the property of Conscious Water Company and must be returned to avoid unreturned bottle fees. We don’t charge deposit fees up front to make things easy for you but we need every single one of our bottles back. Customers are liable for a $25 per bottle fee for bottles returned damaged or not returned within 30 days. 

 

Do you sell water dispensers?
Yes! Customers can buy water dispensers when placing their first order or anytime after.  We do not service the dispensers you buy but they are backed by a 2 year manufacturer warranty. See our dispenser selection in the store here

 

How do I order?
New customers can setup service by ordering online or by calling 855-237-8928 between 9AM and 5PM Monday – Friday. 

 

How do I pay?
Customers can pay per delivery if on a pay-as-you-go plan, or per month if automatically recurring deliveries have been purchased or requested. We don’t charge delivery or service fees and no contract is required. We do not take checks. 
Recurring billing and deliveries can be setup at anytime on the website or by calling or emailing us directly. Modifications to the quantity or frequency of recurring orders can be made at anytime and billing will be prorated accordingly.
